Personal:
I'm 34 and have only been running for 1 year. I ran four marathons last year. Ran 5:26, 5:00, 4:06, and 3:49 respectively. I can stand to lose about 30-0lbs before my qualifer so I know I can gain my my previous PR pace of 8:44.
